Chase's 3rd birthday party

We had a great time celebrating Chase's 3rd birthday! Chase has some very cool buddies that came over. We are so very grateful that we get to be his parents and can't believe how fast he's grown. He is learning so much everyday and continues to amaze us! We love you little Chase man! When you ask Chase how old he is, he says "fweeeee".

Summer is here!

It's officially summer around here. Chad is off for the summer but does go to basketball 3 mornings a week for workouts. I went back to work last week which went surprisingly well. It was nice seeing my coworkers after some time off. I'm still working part time and love it that I can be home with my boys the rest of the time. Chase will be THREE next Saturday and we can't believe it. We love him to pieces!!! I took tons of pictures in June so lots of posts for you to view.

Chase loves to look at his cousin Matthew on the computer when I check out the Peppler's blog. The other day he wanted me to get up so he could sit on the chair and he said to me "my do it". Notice how his blankies are with him too. He doesn't go anywhere without them. He especially loves the videos of Matthew. So thank you Ryan, Jamie and Matthew for entertaining Chase. We love you!!!

From the "beep beep" to a GATOR!

Well Chase has graduated from his "beep beep". I just posted about how much he still likes the beep beep but I think he's over it now. He now owns a battery operated GATOR! It's amazing! It is an early birthday present from Mommy, Daddy, PawPaw(Tobie) and MawMaw(Carla). Thank you Mom an Dad!!!! Chase thinks he's pretty cool when he drives it. We can't wait to have his friends over so they can check it out too. Chad just released him to drive in the second gear the other day so now he goes even faster and he can drive backwards also. I just can't believe he's big enough to drive one of these things. He's growing up way too fast! all ready to go

Sprinkler

The splash pad was not such a huge hit but the sprinkler was. No other kids around so I think Chase felt perfectly comfortable running through the water. It helped that is was 90 degrees outside too. Too funny!

CC has a really cool splash pad that is free so we've checked it out a couple of times. Chase isn't a huge fan. These pictures were taken after we were there for about an hour. He wouldn't go to the water without Chad. It was pretty busy the days that we went so Chase was content to just watch the other kids. Which is usually the case. Plus the water is FREEZING! Maybe next year he'll like it better. Although he talks about it whenever we pass the park and says he wants to go.

Chase has still loved to ride his "beep beep" this year. Even though he's pretty much too big he refuses to let it go. I tried hiding it but he found it and wanted to bring it back out. He likes riding it down the driveway and has been more brave as he rounds the corner onto the sidewalk.

Rainy days

A couple of weeks ago we had some rainy days but Chase and Chad went outside and played anyway. Chase LOVED it!!! He was complete with his green rain boots and squirt guns.
